Investment Associate

OVG is the largest European Real Estate Technology company. We develop smart, high-tech office buildings, but always with a sustainable footprint. Our core purpose is to create healthier working, living and learning environments by using smart technology. To achieve OVG‘s green focus on innovation and technology we are active members of the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Dutch Green Building Counsel (DGBC) World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and CoreNet Global.

In 2016 OVG expanded its activities to the USA. OVG USA’s goal is to become the leading Real Estate Technology company in the American Northeast. Our first project is underway and we have the ambition to expand, fast.

The commercial real estate market is subject to radical changes. The days of valuing based on ‘location, location, location’ are coming to an end. Welcome to the era of ‘location, information, analytics’. Mobility is changing the way we behave in our built environment; health & wellness is on every one’s agenda and the ‘internet of things’ makes it all measurable. At OVG, we experience a strong demand for buildings that differentiate themselves through technology, wellbeing and sustainability. Buildings that put the user experience and wellbeing at the center of attention.

At the same time, we see companies and cities investing in order to attract and retain businesses and scarce talent. By 2040 over 65% of the world’s population will be living in cities, that already today consume 70% of the world’s annual energy production. Add to that the rising level of flexibility and change of job profiles as a result of the fourth industrial revolution, and it becomes evident we that we urgently need better buildings.

We are a strong team of highly driven and tech savvy entrepreneurs. Innovators who get stuff done, people who create, who have a passion for challenges and love to explore. We are looking for talent to help us develop the next generation of these sustainable, healthy and inspiring spaces.
