Job description
As a Team Assistant you are responsible for assisting the Development Team (10-15 Development Managers). You act as pivot in the web and know how to assist every individual team member. You manage their calendars, schedule meetings, book flights and hotels. You’re also responsible for the organization of events. You prepare, manage and archive project related documents and monitor deadlines. You are able to keep the overview in a hectic environment. If you need more information from colleagues to arrange things, you are not afraid to ask. You are bold and have a proactive attitude.

 

Skills required /qualifications

  • HBO degree;
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role (secretary/assistant);
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Excellent organising and planning skills;
  • Welcoming, self-reliant, good problem solver, enthusiastic personality and high level of energy;
  • Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surrounding;
  • Able to take initiative when opportunities arise;
  • Fluency in Dutch & English (in writing and verbally/speaking).
